Responsibilities:

Expertise in Technical architecture, Scoping, Development and Delivery.
Should be an expert with strong technical and coding skills, able to give solutions for any technical languages.
Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
Ensuring all technology standards and practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Should be able to manage Cloud Infrastructures like AWS, Azure, etc
Take the initiative in leadership, innovation and creativity
Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing the long-term and immediate needs.
Facilitate the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans.
Ensure tight collaboration across departments to drive strategic initiatives, including understanding of the alignment between technology strategy and various technology road maps.
Create strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.
Ability to track and identify new technologies to solve complex business issues.
Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

6-10 years working in a technological role.
Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
Exceptional team management skills.
Make infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety and soundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions, as well as managing all technical delivery.
Must have managed projects with at least 10 people in a team. Should have experience managing multiple site teams Strong communications and interpersonal skills
PMP, CSM certification is a plus
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising teams
Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Build an agile development culture and create a positive environment
Coding skills a must.
Good exposure in Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence
